I'm seeing 30-45psi. Seems to me, if it's 39 with no load (no vacuum to regulator) but then drops when under load, the pump is weak. I just tested my mildly built 351, 39 psi at idle with no vacuum...

There is no way for the sensor to differentiate between sensing one bank or two. Twice the volumetric exhaust flow (two banks worth) from combustion of ~13.7:1* mix is still going to read the same in...

No. That came in 96' with EEC-V and OBDII with 3 sensor systems. Before that, one sensor in one collector.

I would start with checking fuel pressure under load. I route the fuel pressure gauge between the hood and cowl, then set it on the windshield so I can read it while driving. See what the pressure...

With 257k miles my truck still goes to remote backcountry locations. Soon it'll have a light pop top camper on the flatbed too snd I'm not concerned. Keep up on maintenance, don't ignore drivability...

The rule of thumb I came across in my researching was that 19lb/hr is nearing 100% duty cycle for 300hp, higher than that power and you'll likely need more pressure (to squeeze a bit more fuel...

The washer looks dished to the point it can't grab the spring. It's not going anywhere but if it bothers you a new washer would grab.

The super cab is heavy. I picked up the same amount of lift from cc844 on my 4x4 twin of your truck.

My sympathies. Never had that happen to me. A slim 3 jaw puller would be good here but I've never seen one. I wonder if it could be split with a sharp chisel, at two spots, so it'd fall off the...
