I believe it is, probably for a song and a dance. I couldn't find a picture of it anywhere on the net and didn't know (and still really don't) what it was.
What do you think it is worth? Thanks, also, by the way |

What do you think it is worth? Thanks, also, by the way It appears that it was an aftermarket body mounted on a cab and chassis, any number of possibilities. Is this truck still in Kansas? |
It looks like your standard milk truck body - from back when the milk man made door to door deliveries. Ford sold the chassis and front end as a unit and then the aftermarket body suppliers took over from there.
I don't know who might have built that one but it looks good from here. |
Hey in Central Missouri the milk man still makes door to door deliveries, although not in a cool truck like this. Central Dairy was bought out by Prairie Farms a last year, so it might change.

Obviously missing the front lower fenders and the front bumper is from a 51/52.

It's the
Cool Cat Liqour Wagon of course! :) :-drink Wonder if they make home deliveries? |
I own this truck! But, it is for sale...
I own this truck now (and have for the last 2-3 years), and yes, it is still in Kansas. It runs and drives just fine. Has the original flathead 6 cylinder in it.
Currently, it is listed for sale at Ebay: Ford : Other Pickups Milk Truck in Ford | eBay Motors |
This so Cool, I can remember when our milk and dairy products were delivered to the house in a truck like this!!
