lifting a 70 F100

I have a 1970 F100 Two wheel drive and I want to lift it 2"-3". I would like to use a suspension lift. I don't see any kits out there to do this. Does anyone know of any? If not are there any ways to make a suspension lift and would keep the camber ok?

If thats an impossible idea are there any problems caused by 2" body lifts besides shifter linkage, fuel, and break lines?
