Tilt steering wheel parts 1987 F350
 

I have an 87 F-350. I have the steering wheel off, need to replace the turn signal switch/assembly. The tilt steering does not work. It is missing a part but I'm not sure what it is. Does anyone have the schematic of the steering column that shows the parts for the tilt steering?
