1999 F150 4.6L Fuel Pressure Regulator
 

I need to replace the fuel pressure regulator on my 1999 F150 w/ 4.6 liter V8. Where is it located and any tips on replacing?

It's located on the driver side fuel rail to the rear.
Could you tell us why you need to change it if you didnot know where it was?
Did someone tell you it needed to be changed and why?

The truck has been idling rough when I come to a stop or when it is in park. I had the parts store read the service engine codes and that is what came up. It seemed to make sense to me. What do you think?

First thing is to change the fuel filter................:-X22
