Welcome to FTE, John.
The first place to start is with the batteries. Are they putting the right amount of volts? Are the connections clean and tight? Use a meter to test the cranking volts while cranking. The PCM needs to see about 10.5 volts while cranking for the IDM to tell the injectors to fire. |

Is it more difficult to start the longer it sits? If so check the oil level in the HPOP reservoir after it sits for a few hours. If the HPOP reservoir is draining down it takes longer cranking time to start.
Here's where to check the HPOP reservoir level. The plug is a 3/16" allen. |
