blowing #20 turn signal fuse.
 

Can't figure it out, should I a new turn signal? I looked around the steering column and did see anything out of the ordinary.

Take a look at your bulbs on that side, rare occasion but a blown TS filiment can fall and ground itself out blowing fuses.

Could be at any of the lights or somewhere in between

Blowing number #13 fuse brake lights as well. So Turn signals and brake lights.

Rear turn signals and brake lights run through the same wires,so you are probly chasing the same short for both
