how much does a superduty weight?
Does any one know how much a regular cab four wheel drive super duty weighs?
What year? They get heavier after certain years.
Dually or single, which SD, automatic, engine?
2000, single wheel, manual trans, 5.4v8
My guess would be somewhere around 6000 lbs.
6000 and up or so. Some are really heavy!
A 2000 Reg Cab, 4x4, Stick, with a 5.4L should weigh around 6,000#
A 2008 Reg Cab, 4x2, 6-spd, 5.4L weighs in just under 5,900# |

I recently took my signature truck to the scales and got 6900 lbs empty. I figure my service body weighs 2 to 3 hundred lbs more than a standard truck bed. Figure another 100 lbs for the automatic transmission, and another 3-4 hundred for the longer wheelbase. That should put the OP's truck at right around 6000 to 6200 lbs. |
I pulled my 99 f250 super duty V10 automatic 4x4 short bed super cab truck across the scales to find 6500lbs with no tool box and empty bed...
My 4x4, crew cab, short bed V10 Lariat with a bed cap wieghs in at 7,000 even.
My 08 V-10 SC LB weighed 6940 at the cat scales.
my '01 supercab 4x4 shortbox automatic weighs 6450 with a full tank of gas and no driver.
My 2011 F-250 6.2 Lariat SC, FX4 with 8' bed has a curb wt. of 6,700
Well I had my 99 and my 02 (250 4x4 V10 Super Cab Auto) weighed in at 6450 also with full tank of gas. That makes three of us that are right on the same mark practically. So to the OP, unless you weigh it you are probably within + or - 100 pounds of 6000.
