'92 E4OD Band adjustment-easy to do?

I am going to drop the E4OD trans oil pan on my '92 2WD F150/300 CID, drain the converter, replace the filter and refill. Do the bands require an adjustment and would this be a good time to do it? If so, how do you do it?

Thanks

Changing ATF Fluid in a E4OD and 4R100 transmission .: Articles Here is a link to a great writeup on what you propose to do.
As far as I am aware there are no adjustments possible on that trans.

Thanks for the link LK, excellent write up. I just thought there might be some sort of band adjustment on these E4ODs as the bands wear and that this would be a good time to do it. Thanks.

Bands? What bands? There is one band in the E4OD. It is used when the transmission is in second gear and ONLY when the shifter is also in the 2 position. This band is not adjustable.

Mark,

Don't know much about Ford transmissions as you can tell.
Thanks for clarifying.
