What are the 1995 5.0L engine specs?

Does anyone have the break down of the motor? comp, cam specs?

Are the heads the E7's that were put on the mustang 5.0L?

Almost all 5.0 motors built after 1987 were the same except for a few parts. They all use the same block, heads, crank and connecting rods, the HO version got either forged or hyper pistons(depending upon the year) while the non-HO motors got cast slugs, but in all cases nominal CR was 8.8-9:1. The cam installed was somewhat vehicle specific, the HO got a unique roller cam while the trucks motor had a relatively small flat tappet up to 1991 that was switched to an equally small roller in '92 and then again to the "Explorer/F4TE" roller cam in '94. The intake, timing cover and water pump, oilpan and pickup, and accessory brackets are all vehicle unique too.

Cam specs at the valve.
Pre '92 truck flat tappet and '92-'93 roller: 0.379/0.395" lift, 244/256 duration
'94+ Truck roller: 0.422/0.448" lift, 256/266 duration
'87+ HO roller: 0.444/0.444" lift, 266/266 duration

Do the pistons have valve reliefs in them?

HO pistons do all others don't.
