4.6/5.4 camshaft question
 

Im planning on putting after market cams in my 2004 F150 5.4 and i know that both the 4.6 and 5.4 can use the same cams. My question is are both valvetrains identical? Would a cam install be the same in a 5.4 as the 4.6? I have ford instructions for a cam install in the 4.6. And I am talking about the 3 valve motors just to make that clear.
