Bassani equal length headers

anybody use these headers F-Series 86-96 Headers, Equal Length, Stainless Steel, 5.8 by Bassani at LRS - Same Day Shipping!
I'm going to try them out along with their offroad y pipe.

my friend has the long tube headers on his 99 lightning. they are very very good products. Very well made perform very well.

He put these on and a borla exhaust and it really seprated the tone of the exhaust from the whine of the supercharger so the super really stands out now.

I would say anything you can do to get away from the factory y-pipe is good. I used a Bassani y-pipe on my '92 F-350 w/5.8L engine last fall while keeping the factory manifolds. I am very happy with the results, Add the Bassani headers..even better!

Equal length headers are of limited benefit over unequal length versions on a street motor and it saves you from dealing with burnt plug wires constantly. Besides that the equal length shorties look retarded and will test your patience on install and any time you want to change the plugs.

They make me dizzy, and as Conanski said, it'll make it a bear to get at spark plugs and play Hell with the wires... It's bad enough changing plugs on the back cylinders as it is on these V8's.

good point about the plugs, didn't think about that. I don't really care what it looks like , though. Guess I'll go with longtubes.
