Need Help with 2000 eddie bauer

Howdy all
I have a 2000 eddie bauer. I love the truck so very very much!!! I havent had to make many repairs to it!! One thing that would be helpful to all is i bought one of the perfomance chips that clip right into the air sensor from UTP it gave me about 3 to 4 mpg and brought my truck back to life lol!! 2 problems have came up. There is slight vibration when shifting into passing gear. Then my passenger window will not roll down or up if anyone has any suggestion on what someone could do on their own with out having to go to a repair shop. Any info would be helpfull!!

You might get a better response by posting in the section for your Expy. This is the 2007 and later area. You still might get some info but justa heads up incase your posting in this section was accidental.

1. Suggest you drop into the 2006 and older section

2. remove that snake oil resistance chip from your MAF before you burn up your motor

your MAF Sensor (aka Air Sensor) reads air flow across a heated wire. This reading is then translated into a low voltage signal that is sent to the PCM.

This so called "Performance Chip" has a resistor that changes that voltage. This tricks the PCM into thinking the motor is cold. So more fuel is sent to the motor to "warm" it up.

By using this "chip", you are relying on a $0.05 resistor to avoid motor damage. It's dangerous for the motor.

These 'chips' are all over ebay with absolutely ridiculous claims. "Gain 70HP and 10MPG!'. It's complete B.S.
