Trouble codes P1211 and P1316
 

I was driving home from work and had a complete loss of power, a check engine light and lots of black smoke. I was able to limp it home at about 15 MPH but running very rough. Trouble codes P1211 and P1316 were activated but no other real info about them........... any ideas?

I have a 99' F350 modified with 100 over injectors, upgraded turbo, 75HP edge chip, a 120HP Sniper 6 position chip, 5 inch exhaust, cold air intake and a "built" automatic tranny. everything else is stock

I have these codes too, but like you said, you don't find much about them. It appears that the fuel system isn't working quite right. One of the codes is too little or too much pressure, and the other was confusing because one place said spark plugs (on a diesel) and another said fuel circuit. So I replaced my filter, ran injector cleaner. No change. Mine only seems to come on when it's cold out. So I don't have a clue.
