Truck is broken in PA!
 

Well my F-350 decided to not start.:-arrgh I have never had it serviced in PA so I am in desperate need of some advice as to where I should or should not take it for service. The truck is in New Freedom PA south of York PA. Any dealer info would greatly be appreciated. I have called all the dealers in the phone books and the all claim " That they are Diesel Experts" but I learned along time ago that is never the case. So I am at the mercy of the internet and your advice. Thank for the help.

What's wrong with it?

It will not start. Put brand new batteries and it turns over like a champ, so I am thinking it is HPOP related. It is not throwing any codes so I would need a dealer scan tool to check ICP pressure.
