I have a 66 ford truck. I have a uncle who has a 48? chevy truck I plan on cruising this summer with to shows in our vehicles. I also have skeltonal remains of at least 3-5 trucks I saved parts from.
I had a uncle who had a car lot in the 60 and 70s. He also bought stuff after he sold out. If the car wasn't running good he would pull it to his woods and park them. He had a good reputation and wanted to keep it. He had one row of at least 10 of the 63-66 galaxys. He had some 48-52 chevy trucks and a lot of cars. Even a big old 58-60 buick. After he passed away my aunt said I could have anything I wanted. I thought I would get a 58 panel ford. A few years after that people got to sneaking onto the place and breaking in. She got tired of that and had ALL of them crushed. at least 50-100 almost complete vehicles. |
My collection is listed in my signature (below)
|
I've had a '53 F-100, two '61 F-100s(including the one I drive now), two '54 Chevy stepsides, a '52 GMC stepside, a '61 GMC Carryall, a '69 Suburban, a '71 International 1/2ton 4x4, and a couple of International Travelalls(a 2x and a 4x).
For cars there was a '68 Road Runner for me and a '56 Bel Air and a '73 Satellite for my wife. Only brand new car I ever owned was in '73...an AMC Gremlin P38 401 package. |
