Body mounting Rubbers & wheel nut size

I have a 1990 F250 which needed the front radiator support mounting rubbers replace.
One of them was completely missing.
Well, our local supplier sent a set of replacement rubbers which were fitted.
Since that time i have found that the front guards have a small gap at the bottom and large gap at the top to the doors, and the drivers door catches on the guard a little on opening!
Can anyone tell me weather there are more than one thickness rubber available for this area?
I have a feeling that the ones i was supplied are the incorrect thickness which is pulling the front panels down and causing the issue!
Also while sighting along the cab, door and guard, the dent side line slopes downwards from front of door to end of guard!:(
Any advice would be welcome!

Also planning to get a set of eagle alloys for her but dont know which size wheel nut is the correct one to order!:-X19
There seems to be 3 size choices and because im ordering from Australia, i dont want to stuff up this choice!:-X10
If i get it wrong, i cant just pop into the shop down the road for an exchange!!!:-X20:D
Cheers for the replies guys and gals!

As far as the body mount bushings go, I don't think that there is more than one size for the radiator support. Now they are not the same size throughout the truck. However, there are shims for them. You may be missing those. Take a look and NPD or LMC at their diagrams.

Cool, will look into it!
Thanks Tex!
Any idea on where the lug nuts are measured?
Do they rate them by socket size used or by stud size?

u need 9/16-18 lug nuts they are measured by the stud size and thread pitch

so 9/16"stud

with 18 threads per inch

Thanks for the reply Hito!
great to have that cleared up!
When checking out the rims and narrowing them down to make model etc, they still gave me 2 lug nut sizes!
Now i can go ahead and order my new rims and tyres!!!:-bigparty
