I opened my door of the truck looked around and then shut it. Still too much salt/snow/slush on the roads up here.

Yup miottimouse! I can moan about gas, but it is nice and safe for my family to be in (PRICELESS), I can still work on my truck when it needs it, no smog for me, even in California, paid for at purchase, and it has never been unable to haul or tow whatever I have needed. And yes, I feel pretty good driving it! Big smile!

I started it up and let it get warm. Then I moved it into the driveway. Even with a mismatch tire and a flat one it is the best looking truck ever!

Welded in 2 more patch panels today (under the lower door hinges on both sides). I don't think I'll ever finish this project!!!. 2 new doors, 1 new cab corner, patch panels on both sides of the cowl, patch panel all the way across the front of the hood. I have one more spot to repair in the cab, and that's the upper right windshield channel, about a 1" X 3" hole there.

Today

well today was ok, I started off by driving in to town just to find out my Master Cylinder would leak all the fluid from the front brake system out the back of the cylinder into the booster (hopefully it didnt ruin that) so when I got home I replaced that (13.50) on the way home I stopped at the carwash and sprayed her down, then I applied polishing compound to the sides of the truck and polished it (WOW what results, then I added oil to myh 1975, such and exciting day
