Cab Removal Video

I'm a Senior Master Tech for my local Ford dealer. I am new to this forum and I have browsed the threads. I have seen a few threads about cab removal. So here is a time lapse video is of a 2008 Ford Powerstroke with a 6.4lit. The high pressure fuel pump failed and sent metal through entire fuel system. This repair was for replacement of the H/P pump, all injectors and fuel line to remove debris. Not shown was the removal and cleaning of fuel tank and lines. This repair covered by warranty paid 25.5 hours, actual time was 28 hours. Watch the video and come by my Facebook and become a fan!

Very nice. Getting ready to remove the cab from my trucks in a few weeks for new 150hp injectors and to replace a leaking flex pipe on my turbocharger inlet pipe...

Looks like removing the cab is the easiest part of the process! Nice video, thanks for sharing.

thanks for the video, did you replace the EGR coolers too? or just need to take them off for the repair.

Sweet! At today's labor rates I wish all mechanics moved as fast as those in that video . . . and did a quality job while doing so.

Thanks Boss! and welcome to mu Utube channel too! On this repair, I just had to remove them for access to the fuel lines. I have another video on my channel for the EGR cooler as an in cab repair.

I wish I could get paid the time it takes me on some and I am the only tech working on this job. I do everything myself!
