Hesitation/Missing Remains After Tune Up
 

I just completed a tune-up on my '02 Ranger (2.3L dohc, 5-speed, 145k miles). I replaced the fuel filter, plugs and wires and cleaned the MAF.

But I'm still getting hesitation / missing under load. CEL has not come on recently unless I was trying to force the poor truck to accelerate through the misfires.

Ignition module was not replaced, all vacuum hoses appear to be in good shape, everything was put back together properly.

I just *know* someone is going to suggest checking voltages and whatnot here and there. ;-) I have an analog multimeter but I'm unfamiliar with what settings to use in which circumstances, and what to look for or expect. (So if anyone can enlighten me... :-)
