I got into car and motorcycle racing when I was 10 years old. Just never liked any sports that didn't have an engine in it!

i started driving stock car when i was 14. at playland speedway. in c.b iowa. and my mom used to take us to the races when i was younger. i've been hooked ever since.
i love to see the old cars. i like to see a 57 ford run in nascar. with all the stuff
abs,5 speed, that would be a cool looking car???

I had to lay 2 people off today... I hate this economy, can't even get enough work to keep people I have spent years training. :(

Old93junk 02-08-2010 09:54 PM

Permanent lay-off, or temp until things pick up?

Evening guys... temp layoff Dave but it sure sucks. These were two of my best, I sure hope obama cuts loose military spending soon or we will all be out of work.

Old93junk 02-09-2010 08:11 PM

I wish I could get laid-off.........Crap job working for a crap co. 6 days a week, graveyard shift, no regard to safety or labor laws, crap wage, I dont even get breaks or lunch......I never knew how good I had it in the past.......Just biding my time looking for a better job, right now, you do what you have to for your family.
