Issues with front brake and oil filter on 95 F250 HD

I bought this for plow truck. It have 351W but I am amazing 351W is BEAST than my company's work truck. 97 F250 with 351W it act like 302 and couldn't floor fast enough plus mpg went to 4.

Owner put 30,000 miles on that truck since 2000 that what it say on title date.
It been sit lot which bad.

Well it have oil cooler and I inspect it won't fit if I use motorcraft FL1A. What correct oil filter for that? They told me use FL820 S.

For brake on front. It worst than you think. Rotor is wrap so bad it look like curves.

What cause rotor wrap so bad. Stuck brake capiliar bolt slide? When I push brake pedal it bounce about 1/2" like abs engage but it isn't abs it brake issues.

Just want know before I spend $130 dollars on brake for front.

FL820S is the correct oil filter, my '94 has an oil cooler and that is what it takes.

As for the brakes, you are obviously going to be replacing your rotors. I would take a real close look at the calipers, and if anything looks sketchy, replace it. It sounds like the brakes on this thing were pretty badly neglected, so good luck.

Rotors warp because of excessive heat or because the lugs were overtightened or tightened out of sequence. Just because it's warped doesn't mean that it can't be machined out. I would take both rotors off and take them into a brake shop you trust. Have them mic'd for thickness and if they're good, have them both cut.

Put some new pads on there and you should be OK. If the calipers are sticking you'll soon figure it out because the truck will start to pull to one side when you brake. Since heat causes brake fade, the side that's sticking won't brake as well and the truck will want to pull to the opposite side.
