Anybody on here located near Wingo, KY? Far west in the state.

Dag gone, you are way out there! Just looked up Wingo on mapquest. I can't think of anybody close to you right off. I know FordsFlyLow is from Illinois, and he has a friend that lives in Fancy Farm,but I don't know if his friend is a member. There's a guy in Bowling Green, but I can't think of his name right now. When I remember it, I'll let you know.

I'm in Northern Kentucky, about 15 miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Well dag gum it, I was hoping some of yall would be closer, lol. It would be cool to meet up with some of yall sometime. I actually live in a smaller town of Wingo called Strain Town. Me and a group of my buddies(about 10 of us) all live within 5 miles of each other and have a total of about 15 trucks. (1)94 Bronco, (3)79 Broncos, (5) 73-79 Ford trucks. With some newer (90's models Ford trucks) thrown in the mix to.:-jammin

Now that is Ford country lol. Not that many around me and I have the only Bronco in the area that I have seen on the road.

I know someone from Wingo, but for the life of me I can't think of who it is...

There are a few broncos running around in Florence. One lives right down the street from my MIL. I get a bit nostalgic every time I seen one. I really like the Bronco's but with the baby it isn't as practical.

Ryan you got to remeber that I moved south. Florence is up north for me lol. I was told that grant couty was still northern Kentucky but most people tell me it aint so I don't know what to believe.

It ain't. If it were, I wouldn't claim it if I lived in Grant county. Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties are linked to Cincinnati. The rest of the state is Kentucky. Don't believe me? Try finding out any news about Kentucky from a local TV, radio station, or newspaper. If you want that news, you need to go to Lexington or Louisville. As I heard a local sports guy on 700WLW say, the Lexington Ky newspapers do a better job at covering the high school sports in Northern Kentucky than the Northern Kentucky papers do. There was no reporting of the snow fall in eastern ky a couple weeks ago from anybody local that I heard. Pikeville Ky (Pike County) was hit hard, as was Harlan and Letcher Counties.

Unless things change my part of the state is supposed to have a little winter storm with snow late tonight and tomorrow. Bronco is filled up ready to go.:-jammin

Started a new project couple nights ago. Buddy of mine bought a 78 F250 for 500 bucks. Owner sold it b/c it backfired and caught on fire and burnt up alot of wires, what a mess, trying to get sorted through it now. Formally owned by a tree service company, im sure its had it's share of abuse, sure looks like it anyway, lol.

I from the western part, but not as far west as wingo. I live in a little town called Fredonia. Its in caldwell county, about 45-50 minutes east of Paducah.

We are suppose to get anywhere from 3 to 5 inches of that white stuff tomorrow. Suppose to start sometime in the morning, around 8:00 or so. 79FordBlake should be getting some snow by now.

Ryno, I have been to Calvert City, Hopkinsville, Madisonville, Russellville, Dawson Springs, Henderson, Sturgis, (yes, there is a Sturgis, ky). Even drove past the Jefferson Davis Memorial on US 68. Been to Paducah a few times. Once on vacation, just because I had never been there. I really like that steam engine they have down by the river next to the flood wall. But I've never been to Fredonia. Sooner or later I will get a call to go there though.

Yeah i go to truck and tractor pulls at sturgis every year. Have you ever heard of Lil Sturgis? They have a big motorcycle rally every summer, but not hardly as big as the real sturgis rally. Youve been all around fredonia though. Im bout 30 min from sturgis.

From what I hear on the news the snow is just now coming across the river and on its way towards me. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Ryno F-150, you ever make it to Carson Park in Paducah for the antique tractor show up there? I go every year, sometimes I take my A JD.

Naw ive never been. I had plans to last year but something came up and i didnt make it. Is it a pretty big show?

Yeah I would say its pretty good size. Not as big as the Thresherman's show in Adams, TN if you have ever been to it.

I love the ole antique tractors, antique anything really. I have 3 A John Deeres, Allis Chalmers WD45, Allis Chalmers B, and a Farmall Cub. Two of the "A"s are restored, the rest of them still do work.

I like to watch the pulls. I pull some with my friend's built up John Deere 60. Another buddy has a 800 cubic inch G.

I pull in stock lawnmower classes with my 1982 John Deere 111 mower. Tractor tread tires, front weight bracket, custom made hitch in back, wheel weights and a 40lb slab bolted to back.

Well as usual, the weather people were completely wrong about snow in my area. Ground didn't even get covered. They get paid good money to be right about nothin most of the time. Started snowing at 1:20am this morning stopped at 1:40am(I stayed up to watch). Started slighty snowing again at 8am.
