power window switch bezel
 

Hi everyone, I received so many informative replies regarding my cruise control issue, I thought I would ask another question. The power window switch bezel on my 2001 f150 extended cab Triton V8 driver's door is broken and will no longer lay flat. I have found one on line at www.fordparts.com. The part number they use is 14524. However this number applies to several power window switch bezels. I am uncertain as to which one I need. The interior of my truck is graphic grey. Could someone convert the web site part number to Ford's part number? Hopefully this would lead to a better description of the part.

Thanks for the info; I will keep that in mind for future reference. I went to my local ford dealer and they looked it up for me. Believe it or not, it was about the same price I had seen it on the web for, so I went ahead and ordered it.

More people should check with the dealerships for parts, the differences from the parts stores are usually closer than you think. I get all electronic parts from the dealer and they only a few dollars more than the off brands at the parts store.
