Dealer Service in Southern MD

Any recommendations on which dealer has the best service dept in Southern Maryland (I live in Calvert County). I have been dealing with Ron Bortnick in Upper Marlboro, but they just charged me $300 to put the cables/plug on the block heater, did a very sloppy job routing the cable and evidently the tech put his boot toe in my intercooler - no real damage but boogered up a couple fins. Just curious if this was an isolated incident at Bortnicks based on your guys experience and was looking for recomendations for dealer service in the area. I plan on having all service preformed at a Ford dealer until the truck is out of warranty.

Thanks
Tawn

I really recommend that you do your OWN regular service work on your F250. Is it a gas or diesel engine? Really doesn't matter...if diesel, you save even MORE money.

If you need any help, yell. Can tell you what you need to do it. I have performing my own maintenance on my 6.0 diesel since new.... no problems. Can't say I will drive down to Calvert County to HELP you, but I'm sure Junior (Jr) will! LOL

Have you been up to the thread and read over the forum for your Truck and Engine?

do your own service, you don't need to go to the dealer. if you have a re call,or warrenty work, I use koons of annapolis. that would be the only time they would see me though.
