What do I have to change

If I put a cam in my 95 f150 302 EFI. What all will i have to change? Its a x303 542 lift 286.

Are you replacing it with a stock cam?

This is a lousy truck cam... the motor will be a gutless wonder below 3000rpm. If you do install this you need mass air, upgraded valve springs and retainers, a high stall converter unless it's a manual truck, and more likely that not the pistons will have to be clearanced to prevent them from hitting the valves. It's all right there in the footnotes on the Ford cam page.

NOTES:
(1) On EFI engines, performance camshafts work only with mass air induction systems. .
(4) May require piston modification for piston-to-valve clearance. Valve clearance should be checked.
(7) Hi-Stall torque converter recommended for automatic trans.

what would be

What would be the best cam to go with?

If it was me, I would go to summitracing.com and look at their cams that are compatible with SD (non MAF) engines.
