1996 f350 crew lift kit
 

I want to eliminate the front shackles and go to the solid mount , but I also do not want 6"of lift does any know were to get a 2or3" lift kit with the shackle elimination ?

You could do a front shackle reversal and that'd get you about a 2-3" lift on the front, then just throw in an add a leaf on the rear. Im not familiar with a "solid mount". Maybe Im thinking wrong but to me solid means no shackles, and that would tear up the truck over time by not having any give at the suspension for flex.
