paint codes? 1986 F250
 

Is there a link on where they're located and what they translate to? Its not real important, I just drive another car every day and never have the info when at the paint store. They used to use swatch books, but they didn't have them. Its just to repaint a tailgate thats 2 tone dk blue/silver. The silver also peels, so I may redo that area. Tried a search and got the phone book.

I just found a door tag, mine was cracked off where the codes are. I think I can get the close with the list of colors and looking at the part store....

Put in your year, make, and model, and it will take you to a page with all of the colors for that vehicle along with the color name and paint code. Be careful, though, as the colors on your monitor will not match the real paint very well. Make sure you get the right one.
