5er hitch to be installed on flatbed
 

I have recently replaced myf350 dually factory bed with flatbed with the ball recessed. at first i thought a gooseneck adapter would work (rancher) reading the instructions ,warns me not to use with extended 5 wheel hitch on my 05 36 grand junction. If i have to install my old 5er hitch What is the best way to do this?

Did you get your answer for this? And the adapters should not be used on trailers of that size, besides, they pull strange with an adapter vs a fifth wheel hitch.
