DTC Code #327
I have a 1993 2.3L Ford Ranger XLT.
When I turn on my ignition, the RPM's accelerate up to 3000-4000 without having to press on the accelerator. They remain at that RPM during the idle. I have run the KOEO check light test and the following code was retrieved: #327 - EGR valve position circuit below minimum voltage Where should I now concentrate my attention? I have cleaned the MAF sensor with electrical cleaner and that has not corrected the problem. I am now looking at replacing the EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) Solenoid. Anyone else have this problem before? <input id="gwProxy" type="hidden"><!--Session data--><input onclick="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" type="hidden"> |
A code 327 usually means a bad DPFE sensor.
