Does anyone have a diagram for the serpentine belt?

Should be one right in your engine bay. Drivers side near the front on a painted piece of steel. I know mine's got one there.

AC Pulley question

What are pulley numbers 3 and 8? I have a 2000 7.3L excursion single alt. my AC compressor when out and the belt tangled itself and made these pulley's pop out.

@DTexican , welcome to the FTE!

The answer to your question is the tensioner pulley set as seen below.

So I learned something recently. The pic Sous posted is actually upside down from how it installs on the engine, but it shows something I didn’t know about until I pulled mine off. The little dark colored piece on the top of that pic is a “lock” for the tensioner. It is spring loaded to pop out once you get your belt in place. To use it, put a breaker bar in the square slot, take tension off the belt, reach underneath (remember its upside down from as shown), swing that piece up in place as is shown in pic, and release your breaker bar to lock it in place. Once you are done with routing the belt, a quick push on the breaker bar will release the lock and put tension on the belt. Happy motoring.
