Hi guys my name is Tony and I am from Farmington Me. I work on Foreign Cars full time for a living but at home i work on and build on all kinds of stuff

Wayne up here in Lincoln, 'bout 40 min north of Bangor....

Got the two trucks in sig, plus "borrowed" my fathers $300 beater 96 Ranger to take back and forth to work, for almost a year now :D . And I gotta a 96 4.6 Thunderbird, which is my official "first" car, and its been in the garage for a couple years. Its not worth alot but maybe in 13 more years when my son can drive it'll be cool again.

I work in Hampden for an environmental company, mostly hauling tankers and excavating, but also clean the big fuel tanks at mills, tank farms, and do a lot of work for the DEP with oil and chemical spills. And occasionally put boom around the fuel tankers when they come in at searsport. Interesting, anyways....

When I get the chance I'm on the four-wheeler in the local gravel pits, or tinkering out in the garage on somethin'!!

Joey, from Greenfield. (Not far from you, waynaferd.)

I have 5 trucks ranging from 75 to 78 that I need to start working on sometime. heh Another toy is my '86 Ranger with a 302 sitting in it, waiting to get finished.

Funny you mention four wheeling. That's exactly the reason I've been neglecting the trucks. I'm always running the trails/pits with my Raptor 660. Nursing a broken knee at the moment, a direct result of horsing around on said wheeler.

HELLLLLLLLO!!! Dave in Searsmont, Duh Mont, as we affectionately call it. I have two Fords trucks, an 88 F350 7.3l Diesel 4x4 with a rack body and a 9 foot Fisher plow and a 99 f150 with the 5.4l 4x4 ext cab. I work with horses as a trimmer and farrier, well, starting the business up currently. Getting there.

Hello

Hey all, Kevin from East Machias. Of course I posted my intro in the wrong place at first so I'll try again. I have a 07 F-150, my second Ford as I have been mostly a Chevy owner. My first Ford is still going and approaching 300k miles so I got tired of fixing the Chevy's and got a new Ford. I am a typical Mainer, jack of all trades, to many hobbies to have time to enjoy one thing. This forum is awesome!

Hi all,

I'm in Buxton, I fix things, I don't gab much online, Though I willingly answer any technical questions my experience and knowledge allow, I'm opinionated and I express my opinion regardless of any other opinions! I try hard not to step on others toes unfortunately being opinionated it happens even though I don't mean to.

-Enjoy

Hello,

Alicia in Topsham. I'm a full time real estate broker, but spend my spare time hunting, fishing and working on my truck.
I have an 06 Explorer, an 86 f150 (stays on the farm) and my baby 1946 1-1/2ton.

I have seen your Ford and I think you need me to build a Garage around it.

Hello,
I am Justin and I have a 1984 F-150 down in South Portland. I'm hoping to buy or build a house next year. I work as a CAD Designer for Sebago Technics in Westbrook. I plan to make my truck like new. I have almost no knowledge of trucks or cars besides what I have read and done in the past two years since I bought my truck. But I believe I am capable of doing anything if I can learn how to. :D

Greetings from the 'County'.:-wink

My name is John. I live up in the Presque Isle area of Maine's Tater Country. I have a couple of old ford trucks I'm working on, a 58 F-250 Styleside, and a 66 F-350. Both were in pretty rough condition when I got them.

It's good to see that Maine has their own chapter now.

Hey John,
Do you have pics? Both great body styles.
How are things in the county?

I have a couple of photo's of the 58 in posted in the gallery section I took when I first dug it out of the bushes.
1958 Ford F250 4x2 - 1958 F-250
I don't have any recent photo's as the panels to the 58 are strewed all over my brothers shop, which I hope to reassemble this winter.

The 66 isn't much to look at. The previous owner stuck a crappy looking box on the back of it from a newer model that looks to be from the 70's. It's a real sad looking truck.:-X10

I'd like to build a flatbed body on it to haul firewood because it has a heavy-duty frame and rear-end.

As for things in the County, it's wet and raining as usual. I don't know what the record rainfall for a year is but this year has to be contender.:)
