Interior Trim
Guys,
Just bought a 93L as a rolling chassis and I am in need of a couple of interior trim pieces. What model F150/Bronco came with the same charcoal colored interior? Also, in need of the plastic rear tube bumber step. Scott |
93 Lightning? I thought the dash and trim was all a unique color to the lightning, with gray, red, tan and blue being available in the standard trucks.
Hope down to the 87-96 section, several people have done lightning conversions and know much more about them than I do. |
Virto,
I am missing some pieces and thought someone here would know of another model that would interchange with the one year only 93L interior. |
If its the darker gray then 92-93 should be the same gray regardless of F150 F250 F350 Bronco etc. From 94-96 it was a lighter gray.

Installing trim is one of the most rewarding home improvement projects you can do. No matter what style you choose, you’ll take pride in the finished product . . . as long as you get all those joints tight.

I belive 94-96 = medium opal gray what parts specifically are you looking for? We might have better advice on where to find em. |

only the seats, perferated leather steering wheel, the orange pointers on cluster w red line on tach in red paint. and possible 93 door panels cause I havent seen the felt insert that 93 L door panels had on anything else yet. other than that its all normal upper level xlt stuff |
my94lightning,
I am in need of a glove box door, drivers door panel (my felt trim is in really good shape), and molding over the drivers side door window. Scott |
well, since what you describe are (cheaper parts ish)except door panel, I would have a buddy at a dealer run a locate, and see if anywhere shows them available.
1 glove box 2 drivers A pillar trim 3 drivers door panel #1 should be easy find, and not to expensive. #2 Are you talking about the trim that goes up from the dash and then to the rear of roof, and it holds up the headliner?, if so its called a A pillar trim, if not, is molding atached to cab or door? #3 door trim panel is expensive if it is available still, you say your felt is good, what is wrong with your door panel? also I believe the felt inserts do not come off the door panel, I think they are plastic welded from behind. |
my94,
Sorry it took so long to respond, I was camping in Tennessee. There is a truck boneyard near me so I will try there and see what I can come up with. If that turns up nothing then I will try some alternative sources. |
i'll help you, visit my site send me what you are looking for and give me a vin so I get it right. I'll see if there are any parts avail or at another dealer.
