THE JULY 11TH G2G & Wrench Party
 

As it stands right now I will be hosting the next G2G at my dad's place in Jacksonville ( so we can use the shop to change Joes torque converter ) I am thinking about doing things a little different this time , I'm thinking about getting roast beef and ham or BBQ brought in and everyone just bring a sidedish and desserts. I will need to get a head count so we can order and find out how much it's going to be.:-bigparty:-drink

Well it will be just me there this time, but as always count me in!

Sounds like a plan, maybe we'll be back so that at least I can make it. Anybody have a transmission jack? If not, I could bring mine.

Yeah. I've got a little scissor lift tranny jack. Nice and compact to fit under a lowrider 4x2.

Well guys, you all have fun at the G2G. I had to change my leave date and I am flying to FL on 9 July. I guess I will have to wait till the next one!

Bummer. Got to pass on a day sweating under a truck to vacation in Florida......you poor thing.

LOL, I know it will be rough on me. That is why I am going to try and replace my floor pans and rebuild my tranny before I leave. If I get that done all I will have to do is my body mounts.

Speaking of that, how's the A/C coming along for the shop? :-missingt

Actually, Florida will be hotter than here...and it won't have that sweet diesel smell...

Well we got 2 big doors at either end of the building and a big box fan plus plenty of:-drink:-drink:-drink:-drink:-drink:-drink:-drink:-drink

He may live through it but we will probably have to have the next g2g at the hospital:-X14

OK right now I have a head count of 19 including my dad & stepmom and my crew . Anyone else coming please post up I will need to order the BBQ this week .
