The motor is out of a '74 Ford and the trans is an '82. (At least that's what the numbers decode as).
This will help with the trans:Ford Transmission IdentificationPan gaskets and filters for C.

Well more specifically the D4AE engine block was originally designed for a full size Ford car of model year 1974, but could and would have been used in many other applications until superceded by a different casting number which might have been several years later.

The transmission (case?) number similarly indicates a 1982 full size Ford application, while the tailshaft originally was designed for a 1974 Mustang. Of course transmissions are rebuilt and may well get parts swapped from other cores.

Even so, the casting numbers aren't a surefire way even of indicating the vehicle originally intended for the part, as occasionally that part never makes it to the vehicle line originally indicated. An example is an engine part designed in the late 70s for cars might have only been used on trucks due to downsizing of the cars, resulting in smaller engines.
