How's the fishing? "Cape Lookout"
 

I'm going down to the Crystal coast this weekend for some fishing. I've been down at my pop's house all day with him helping me mount a new Si-tex chart plotter on the boat and I'm itching to try it out.any of you guys been to the coast fishing in the past week or so? anything biteing? what about the water temp?

If you really wanna go out on the boat you can take me out fishing!! I live right here in beaufort. My friend says he is catching spanish and some blues. it has been very very pretty all week.

I wish I could go :(

I went shark fishing last week. It was fun!!

Shoot, I'm happy with a creekbed and a cooler full of beer.

That is the most fun because if you get hot you can just jump in the creek.I cant just jump in the sea while shark fishing....

Eeh nope.... That'd suck haha.

I will be down there this weekend, I heading that way tomorrow. give me a call we'll meet up and go, it's just my dad and I on a 31' contender boat so we'll have the room. we will be staying in my uncle's house on Harkers Island. PM sent!

Ohh yes! sounds fun and my firends live on harkers island! i am less then 15 mins from there. just let me know when ur in so i can come down there and meet you guys.

I don't do the boat thing but do love to surf fish. Went to Oak Island last weekend. Lot of sharks in the surf mostly small sand sharks but fun any way. Trout, Cobia, Black Drum and the like from the piers.

well I back, the trip was great. the weather sucked a couple of days but other than that we had a great time. we caught lots of Mahi Mahi, several small sails, a few really nice kings and another big wahoo! the inshore fishing was pretty good too. lots of small keeper flounder , lots spanish and a 56" cobia. oh and the damn lizard fish, I bet we caught a hundred of those ugly mugs!

robin fish! yea the bottem trash of the coast. sry i didnt get up with you but i was working on my mustang and truck. just got carrired away with all the fun
