Morning Pat, Sean.

I'm only awake this early because I'm trying to get a pt appointment for my neck. They haven't called me back yet.

Well, I'd be up by NOW, but an hour ago, I'd normally still be in bed. But it's not a total loss, I can't screw up my sleep schedule for the rest of the work week.

67nukeford 06-01-2009 10:09 AM

What's up with your neck, Joe?

Tweaked it about 10 days ago, been tolerating a kink for that long. Usually goes away on it's own in a couple days, but it's gone long enough and time to get it taken care of. I tried heating it yesterday, didn't help. Then last night I slept on it wrong.

Hoping to get in today sometime. Or tomorrow morning.

67nukeford 06-01-2009 10:31 AM

Well, hopefully they can get you straightened out, I hate back and neck problems.

bigrigfixer 06-01-2009 10:53 AM

Yeah. I just spoke with the receptionist, she's got me in for tomorrow at 10.

Zip 06-01-2009 12:34 PM

Good Morning all. Good luck with the neck Joe.

sglaine 06-01-2009 01:32 PM

Joe take it easy with the neck....

That is a very painfull thing there I know I had issues with mine before

67nukeford 06-01-2009 01:40 PM

Good afternoon all. Kind of busy here today, so I'm just popping in and out!

Saleenguy 06-01-2009 03:28 PM

Hi folks, been a very busy day, but wanted to say a quick hello to you all.

Joe sorry about the neck pain buddy, take it easy.

Cheers for now.:-drink

sglaine 06-01-2009 03:31 PM

Look at the NH B/S June thread and read about my dog peeing in a yaris today.....:-jammin

bigrigfixer 06-01-2009 04:55 PM

I read that Sean, and I left a comment in the other one.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I'll be okay. I'm kind of looking forward to seeing my therapist again. About an 8/10, she's the same one who gave me my ass massages for my back pain earlier this year.

I'll have to do that.

Me. I'm found myself a beer and my lawnchair and a shady spot. Just sitting in the backyard enjoying the weather.

J_E_Summit 06-01-2009 05:42 PM

Must be nice, personaly, I never find/make time to do that.

22C /71F and blue ski here today.

For the record, 22C is the perfect temperature for me:)

I'd probably do the same thing if you put me in the back seat of one of those.

Flying_Dutchman 06-01-2009 06:17 PM

Afternoon everyone. Fine day we are having here.

J_E_Summit 06-01-2009 06:20 PM

Yep, last time I got up an looked out the window. Will be nice to finish work for the day so I can go outside and enjoy the weather.

bigrigfixer 06-01-2009 06:51 PM

Well peeps, what's shakin'?

Been smoke free for 2 weeks and a day now. Downside is I gained 10 pounds.

Warm today, not like last week when it was just HOT. Well, not HOT, but hot. Think we were about 25, forecasting 30 for tomorrow and Wednesday.

Running the portable ac in our bedroom lately. Makes for a fairly comfortable sleep. Keep getting woken up at the crack of dawn though. The sky is pretty bright at 4 AM.

Oh, check out what Bruce (Bdox) posted earlier today: Bike Jousting

J_E_Summit 06-01-2009 07:08 PM

Congrats. Thankfully for me it's been 20 months so far after 28 years. Mind you, I did start smoking the other stuff a couple of years ago, but I have a prescription for it. BTW I hope you start feeling better soon.

bigrigfixer 06-01-2009 11:01 PM

Thanks Gord. I've quit a few times... But I've been smoking 16 years. Feels good to not smoke. I miss it sometimes though.

By the way, what do you guys think of my new sig? Click on the link yet?
