Is is a cause for concern
 

I was using a big hammer to knock the ower ball joint stud out of the knuckle and accidentally hit the outer tie rod end and pinched a small hole in its rubber boot (I had just finished putting that tie rod in ten minutes before). A very thin stream of grease came out of the boot. Is this going to give me problems down the road? Can the boots be replaced?
