92 Flareside Step Eliminators. ANYBODY SEEN THEM?????

I saw a truck at a car show that had these step eliminators on it. no one was around to ask about them. I can't just take the steps off, because the bed is lower than the cab. It looks bad without them on. If anybody knows where to get them, please let me know.
