Possible '49 226 engine for sale, in Omaha NE

So I'm getting ready to decide what to do for a power plant in this '49 F1 I bought from my neighbor. It has an inline 6, 226 cu in, motor and three speed transmission. which just isn't going to work for what i would like to do with the truck. Does anyone know how much the engine and tranny would be worth? The truck has been taken care of and I'm told the engine was rebuilt 8 to 10 years ago, but when the brakes went out the truck just got put in the barn then moved to the garage.

Number on Head: 7HA6050
Compression Test:
1: 90 psi
2: 82 psi
3: 89 psi
4: 0
5: 96 psi
6: 85 psi

it turns over really well and the oil didn't look too funky when I changed it. Just looking to possibly sell them to pay for part of a 302 and tranny upgrade.

well,i've been rewiring the truck and trying to start it when I found that the distributor must have a worn primary lead (i have ground on both sides of the points...). So at this point I'm trying to decide if it is worth the time and money to get it running with the original motor or if I should pull it and find a fuel injected 302 and tranny since i'm looking to go with a push button automatic set up anyway.

I have a couple of 226 engines. I found that they do not bring to much money on ebay. I really like the engine though. It has good torque but not much high end. I rebuilt one and put it in the 51 tow truck. Ran great!
