Well January flew right on by so here's to February.

Good Morning Every one far and near, Another month shot. Seems like a pretty quiet morning here sofar. I' am not much help today as I have to run back to Cheyenne. Maybe I should check with Miles to see how much he would rent a room out for in his new house. LOL!

Sounds like you have been making quite a few trips to Cheyenne lately. There is currently only one bed so the Vacancy is low but there is a spare couch or two if needed.

Morning Miles. Yeah, I hate this time of year for that even more! How's it going with you today? Did you get the paint problem worked out?

I am not totally sure yet but I think if I have to scrape the oil based off to get the latex to stick I will just tear the plaster out and put up drywall. This way I can upgrade the wiring in the room, fix the hidden plumbing behind the shower and get some insulation on that room.

As much as a pain as it might be, I think that's a good plan. Might as well start from scratch, and like you said, update everything else while you have it torn apart.

Not looking forward to it but I can take next monday off to give me a three dayer this weekend and next weekend is a four dayer between Phoenix Friday and Presidents day on monday. I should be able to make some headway in 7 days.

What is Phoenix Friday??
