Job Build Numbers

So Senix,

If my build date is 03/07 for a 2008 F350 I assume that would imply Job #1 ?

Thanks for the confirmation.

Now the tough question - so being a Job #1 vehicle how can one check that changes/modification, etc going forward are incorporated in my vehicle? Do you know how many Job's were associated with the model year 2008 vehicle and how does one find out what changed from job to job?

I assume some sort of check is made of different version numbers to flashes, etc when the vehicle is in for any type of service or is the case depending on what is being reported by the consumer is where they focus to see if anything needs to be updated?

No manufacturer is going to simply "update" everything - it would put them out of business. Are there things I can do to get them to move on possible trouble areas that are "known" issues based on the symptoms being experienced?
