Halloween plans for the children
 

My neighborhood throws a big Halloween event for the kids every year. This will be our first year in the neighborhood. My neighbor's Father is the main person to get it together. They will have a off duty police officer block off the street. I think tha my neighbor cooked 600 hot dogs last year. He puts on a hay ride and lots of fun stuff. It will be a good SAFE place to bring the children.
