No start on warm engine

The saga continues! The 96 still won't start after the engine is fully warmed up. Starts fine cold. I have put reman injectors in it in the last 1000 miles (problem started after this). A new IPR valve, IPR orings, injector orings and it still won't start after its warmed up. I pressure checked the heads with the grease gun. I pumped them up to 2500 psi. One head took 2.5 minutes to bleed down to 1500 psi and the other head took 1.5 minutes to bleed down to 1500. I checked one head on my other truck that starts and runs fine and it took 2 minutes on the same test so I don't think my injector orings are the problem.

Any other ideas??
Thanks
Kelly

Aloose injector poppet screw Or a worn poppet ...

Verify the low pressure oil pump is providing enough oil to the HP system ...

Have you looked in the HPOP res at no start ,,to be sure it is full??

HPOP reservoir hasn't been loosing fluid except after initial startup after having the injectors out and then it was only down about 3/4". My running truck was down about that far when I checked it yesterday. I ony run it about 8-10 miles after working on it because I have to get it back to the shop after I test drive because it won't start.

What is the best way to check the poppets? How many would it take to have a restart problem? These are the $99 injectors from Ebay but they do have warranty on them.

Thanks
Kelly

will it start if you immediatly re-crank after shut down?

i dont trust the $100 ebay junkers. get rid of them.

you shuold try to get a scanner hooked up to view your ipr duty cycle. or isolate each head when the nostart occurs.

It will not restart until the engine cools out for a couple of hours. I have a laptop scanner. I haven't seen the way to read the ipr duty cycle but I will see if I can. I am leaning towards the wiring harness being bad from the plug at the fuel filter to the ipr plug in.
