Oh....and I may need to revise my arrival time to closer to 6. It promises to be a hectic day today and I may not get much sleep.

Deke

PM me directions too, don't know yet if I'll be able to make it

Just want to publicly thank Scott and Andy for coming out to the house and installing my exhaust and shocks. I really appreciate the help! My truck sounds great and with the new shocks I am not getting so beat up!! Thanks again guys.....

Sorry I couldn't make it, but I had some stuff I needed to get done.

Not to mention I'm a bit nervous of leaving the ole lady for any length of time. She is now 33 & 1/2 weeks along and we had our first at 31 weeks. Her ankles have swollen and not gone down, so more than likely the Doc will put her on bed rest when she goes in tomorrow.

Sorry I didn't get to come over , I was just buried in work, my brother was visiting for a week so I blew everything off till he left now I'm trying to get caught up.

I had fun!! Anytime you need help again let me know. Those burgers were really good as well. I am still drooling over your shop!! The ride home was great, got to watch Scott race a camaro and smoke it....I mean litterally. His exhaust was going into the guys window the whole time, I could not stop laughing!

cookie88 07-14-2008 09:24 AM

No problem at all Deke. I had a good time :)

I almost felt sorry for the kid in the slomaro.....almost }>

gramschm 07-14-2008 11:09 AM

I wish I could have seen that! I often have devilish thoughts of letting some smoke fly in the windows of the cars with the coffee can exhaust tip and the annoying fart sound! Thanks again guys! I still haven't been able to open it up to hear and feel the difference in the exhaust yet. MY WIFE HAS STOLEN MY TRUCK AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK.......lol

Hey Deke, kinda of a last min thing, but my folks decided to come and visit this weekend, otherwise I would have been there. I'm glad you like your new exhaust, what's next on your list? lol

Oh btw nice kill Scott!

That's one reason that I haven't installed A/C on my 53 yet. Donna loves to drive my truck and really enjoys the attention that it gets. But until the weather cools some, I think she'll stay in her air conditioned Mercedes:rolleyes:

Thanks. I've smoked a few ricers, but I think this was my first kill on American muscle. It was permagrin material. :D

Next up is a chip from DP, a lift and some 36's......MY TRUCK SOUNDS AWESOME...LOVE IT!!!

cookie88 07-16-2008 05:45 PM

That sounds good. What about the gauges?

mechmagcn 07-16-2008 06:40 PM

Hey Scott, what are you trying to do? Scare away the newbies with that avatar}>
Glad you guys got the mods done on the truck, looks like mine will be on permanent hold until Donna gets better.
