does anyone have the torque specs for rod and main bearings on a stock,1995 5.0l(302) Ford truck?:-huh

torque specs/rod and main bearings

The conecting rod nuts are 40-45 Ft lbs.The main cap bolts are 95-105 Ft lbs.
