hey guys im new here . i have a supercharged 2003 harley davidson f150 supercrew , i have an oil leak either behind the intake or the passenger side valve cover. i notice from time to time a little oil in the open valley under the intake . any help on info will be greatly appreciated.

If its from the valve cover it should be simple matter to remove the valve cover and replace the gasket. First, though, I'd try taking a torque wrenching and make sure the bolts are torqued correctly, and in the correct pattern.

X2 on what Ken had to say. If you do end up changing the gasket though, make SURE you torque them correctly. I would say the number one reason for valve cover leaks is the over tightening of the hold downs, and it squeezes the gasket out. Let us know what you find though, and I hope its just a valve cover for your sake.
