Crossing the border?

Hello to all you folks living in the warm weather. I was wondering how often if ever anyone crosses the boarder? I am sure everyone has heard of the diesel ranger available down there, but has anyone ever tried to find a junkyard and bring one back or buy a 4 door ranger and bring back? Seems like it would be a great project even if you just tried to do a swap.

Thanks, Jack Cheyenne Wyoming

I was in Mexico yesterday I was only in Algadones for dental work and med's never seen a diesel ranger on any of the trips. also what I see driving is worse than we have in our junk yards, I couldn't even imagine what they look like when they are done with them.

Thanks for the link. That is a neat little truck. I would consider one of those diesels. I have been in Mexico several times but never saw one of those. I wonder what they cost if you where to go buy a new one? In fact I have never seen a New Car Dealer in Mexico.

I think a lot of people would buy them but I dont think they pass emissions laws. I am researching it and it sounds like if you want to bring one up they have to go through a specialist and get certified or somthing.
