JVC KW-AVX710 7" Indash

I have the JVC indash with the Bluetooth adapter. seems the bluetooth has some sort of reverberation on the other end of the phone call. I thought at first that this was a JVC problem, but I experience this on other Bluetooth devices not associated with the truck or head unit. Are there any bluetooth guru's out there that can help?

Like an echo?

Bluetooth is a close proximity (I think the original white papers said 5') wireless network. Now I think that it is digital and not an analog connection, so reverb should be either a setting or a wiring issue inside something. Now I think all blue tooth connections communicate ad-hoc, so even if your not connecting to the radio, the radio is still a functioning part of the network.

So the first thing I would is make sure the radio is very well grounded and isolated.

I had a similar issue with my stereo and CB radio. My CB was putting out a decent amount of power and some was escaping and jumping into my patch cables for my amplifier. Even barefoot, my CB would talk over my stereo.

Another thought, if bluetooth operates on 800MHz, your phone my be talking over the bluetooth network. You might want to try another phone to see if it's a frequency problem.

I am not an expert, but no one else has chimed in.
