HPOP o'rings
 

Has anyone replaced the o'rings on the HPOP discharges. If you have how hard of a job is it and do you need any special tools?

our trucks are simple, easy to do, 99-03's use a special service tool for the quick disconnects but you can make one out of a piece of etal really easy

in the kit I got from the dealer it says to use brake cleaner, is there a reason for this.

no idea, i would spray any residue off from the leaks but i wouldnt spray the inside of the pump or the o-rings, just wipe it clean

its a duralite partnumner 6637, available for 25-30 bucks at your local napa. i used 4 inch pipe to make the rest of the intake
